Is the ride/run self guided, or will it be lead by one "person", if self guided, 
maps should be provided, with EXACT directions, turns, landmarks, etc.

Finally a flyer that I can post also,(preferably a "jpg, doc, or pdf" file)
contact info IE. phone number(s) with area codes, email address, website etc.
If absolutly necessary, I will give you a fax #, but as fair warning, faxes aren't 
the best and they don't scan very good. Your email attachment is the best possible 
thing for me to post.
